Clarification of local control

Messrs. Lewis, Moore and Fattman move to amend the bill in section 11 by inserting, in line 165, after the word "may" by inserting the following word:- "further"; and after clause (iv) in line 160, the following clause:- "(v) Limits the number of licenses to no fewer than 20 percent of the number of licenses issued within the city or town for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises where sold under chapter 138 of the General Laws or no fewer than the number of medical marijuana treatment centers registered to engage in the same type of activity in the city."
