Cannabis Advisory Board Appointments

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor, Moore and Ross move to amend the bill by striking in line 91, the words “appointed by the attorney general” and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“, 3 of whom shall be appointed by the attorney general and 3 of whom shall be appointed by the governor”
