Commission review of marijuana products

Messrs. Lewis, O'Connor and Moore, Ms. O'Connor Ives, Ms. Forry and Mr. Ross move to amend the bill by striking out, in line 275, the word “and”; and in said section 15, by inserting after the word “product”, in line 283, the following words:- “; (20) requirements to establish a process allowing the commission to order a prohibition on the sale of a marijuana product found especially appealing to youth; and (21) requirements to establish a process allowing a marijuana product manufacturer to voluntarily submit a product, its packaging and intended marketing to the commission for review of its appeal to youth”.
