Ms. O'Connor Ives, Messrs. O'Connor and Moore move to amend the bill In line 94 striking the word “and municipal law enforcement” and inserting in place thereof: and a municipal law enforcement official trained and qualified in driver impairment assessment and driver roadside testing.
