Messrs. Moore and O'Connor move to amend the bill in lines 75 and 76, by striking, in its entirety, the phrase "deactivate or initiate a voice command to a global positioning system or navigation device.", and replacing it with the following phrase:-

"deactivate or initiate a command to a global positioning system or navigation device or function."
