Clarifying hands-free use

Messrs. Barrett and O'Connor move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION X.  Said section 1 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by adding in line 237 after the word “providing”, the following:- hands-free mobile telephone use,
