Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting in line 54 after the word "section" the following:-provided further that if by a 2/3 majority vote of the school committee, a city, town, regional school district, vocational school district or charter school shall be allowed to develop and offer its own comprehensive sexual health education curriculum provided that said comprehensive sexual health education curriculum shall be approved by the department of elementary and secondary education
