Youth Sexual Abuse Education

Ms. Lovely moves to amend the bill in line 46, by striking after the words “relationships and sexuality;” the word “and”.

And, in line 49, by inserting after the words “queer and questioning students” the following:-

“; (vii) how to recognize and report boundary-violating behaviors in adults that might indicate they pose a sexual risk to children and youth; (viii) how to recognize and report boundary-violating behaviors in other children that might indicate they pose a sexual risk to children and youth; (ix) how to communicate effectively to trusted adults any concerns they have about body boundaries or privacy violations; and (x) available school and community resources to prevent and respond to sexual abuse”.
