time frame for a farmer/chapter land owner

Mr. Brady moves to amend the bill in line 124 after the words “in that city or town” by inserting the words “and the commissioner of revenue has certified that said revalued property is assessed by the board of assessors at full and fair cash valuation”

And further moves to amend the bill  in line 168 after the words “in that city or town” by inserting the words “and the commissioner of revenue has certified that said revalued property is assessed by the board of assessors at full and fair cash valuation”
