Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Ms. L'Italien and Mr. Timilty move to amend the bill by inserting, in lines 46 & 51-52, after the words "a person who is deaf, as defined in section 191 of chapter 6," the following words:- "or has an intellectual or developmental disability, as defined in section 1 of chapter 123B"
