Outdated eligibility ceilings

Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:-

SECTION X.  Clause forty-first A of said section 5 of said chapter 59, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking, in lines 1117-1118 the words "twenty thousand dollars" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "twenty four thousand dollars for a single person or forty eight thousand dollars for a married couple."
