Interest Rates

Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new Sections:-

SECTION X. Subclause (1) of clause Eighteenth A of said section 5 of said chapter 59, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking, in line 503, the words "eight per cent" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "four per cent".

SECTION XX. Clause Forty-first A of said section 5 of said chapter 59, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking, in line 1148, the words "eight per cent" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "four per cent".
