Declaration of Homestead for Disabled Veterans

Mr. Ross moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION __. Section 38 of chapter 262 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“No fee for recording a declaration of homestead shall be issued to a disabled veteran, as defined in section 1 of chapter 31.”
