Adjusting the Maximum Senior Circuit Breaker Income Limit

Messrs. Keenan and Timilty move to amend the bill striking out SECTION 3 and inserting in place thereof the following new section:

SECTION 3. Clause Forty-first A of said section 5 of said chapter 59, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 1124, after the word “household” the following:- or $80,000, whichever is greater.
