Sufficient Funding for Additional Data Reporting

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the amendment by adding the following new section:-

Section XX. The department of elementary and secondary education shall waive the requirements of Section 4 of this Act if a city or town has demonstrated, in accordance with section 27C of chapter 29, a deficiency in the state appropriation required to carry out said section.
