An Act relative to the A-B-C Stormwater Flooding Board

The committee on Rules recommends that the bill be amended “Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide forthwith for the continuation of the environmental joint powers agreement that created the A-B-C Stormwater Flooding Board, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.”.
