Messrs. Rosenberg and Tarr move to amend the order in line 8 by striking out the figure "13" and inserting in place thereof the figure "15"; and by inserting after the word "Massachusetts" in line 12 the following words:- ", 1 member representing the Massachusetts AFL-CIO, and 1 member representing the Massachusetts State Council of the Service Employees International Union".
