Protecting Children with Autism

Mr. Ross moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION __. Said ninth paragraph of section 2 of said chapter 90, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the first sentence the following:-

The parent or guardian of a minor who has been diagnosed with a physical or cognitive disability may be issued a placard, provided that the parent or guardian shall only use such placard when transporting the minor.
