Due Process

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after the word chapter in line 28 the following text:- "; provided further that prior to any such finding of ineligibility the individual shall be given notice of such investigation and be given an opportunity to provide evidence to substantiate an application to obtain a handicapped plate"
