Messrs. Fattman, O'Connor and Ross and Ms. Gobi move to amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following section:-

“SECTION 1A. Section 167 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the definition of “Commissioner” the following definition:-

“Conviction”, a finding of guilty or not guilty by reason of insanity.”.
