Wiretap Exemption for emergency monitoring center

Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Ross move to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION_.clause D section 99 of Chapter 272 as appearing in the 2016 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after subclause f the following new sub clause:- (g) a listed, labeled emergency monitoring center of critical event signals including but not limited to fire alarms, and burglar alarms that are specifically listed, labeled or approved by nationally recognized testing laboratory under the united states department of labor including but not limited to U.L. or F.M. for signal monitoring in their ordinary course of business
