Batterers' Treatment Programs Assessment

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor, Ms. Gobi and Mr. Ross move to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION__:  Section 59 of chapter 10 as appearing in the 2016 official edition is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:- The commissioner of rehabilitation shall report annually not later than October 1 to the clerks of the house and senate and the house and senate committees on ways and means on the fund's activity and the balance of the fund

Further amending by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION__: Section 66 of chapter 10 as appearing in the 2016 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after the words “ways and means” the following:- and the clerks of the house and the senate

SECTION__: Section 24W of chapter 90 as appearing in the 2016 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after the words “ways and means” the following:- and the clerks of the house and the senate
