Juvenile court jurisdiction task force members

Messrs. Pacheco, O'Connor and Timilty move to amend the bill move to amend the bill, in section 228, by inserting after the word “Inc.”, in line 2450, the following words:- “; 1 member appointed by American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Council 93, who shall be an employee of the department of youth services and have not less than 5 years of experience working in a department of youth services secure facility”.
