No Age Limit for District Court First Offense Diversion

Ms. Creem moves to amend the bill by striking out SECTION 208 in its entirety, and inserting in place the the following section:-

“SECTION 208. Said section 2 of said chapter 276A, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in lines 6 and 7, the words “but has not reached the age of twenty-two”.
