Cultural Competency Training

Mr. Cyr moves to amend the bill in section 2, lines 315 to 318, by striking out clause (v) of subsection (o) and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “cultural competence training regarding how dating violence, sexual assault and stalking may impact students differently depending on factors that contribute to a student’s cultural background, including but not limited to: national origin, sex, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation”
