Accessible Access to Information

Ms. L'Italien moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “institution”, in line 11, the following words:- “and shall be publicly available on the website in an accessible format”; and in section 2, by inserting after the word “employees”, in line 118, the following words:- “in a culturally competent way”; and in said section 2, by inserting after the word “any”, in line 164, the following words:- “; and (vi) in an accessible format, the policy on dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking”.
