Ensuring an Effective CAMP Advisory Commission

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 71, by striking the words “to assist” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “ to provide input and guidance to the”; and further in said section, in line 92, by striking out the words:- “designate 1 commission member to serve as chair.” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “serve as commission co-chairs.”; and further in said section, by striking out lines 93-94, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  “(b) The advisory commission shall advise the secretary of energy and environmental affairs and the secretary of public safety and security on the development and implementation of the plan.

(i) The advisory commission shall, at minimum, provide feedback regarding (A) how the secretary of energy and environmental affairs can”; and further in said section, by striking out lines 117 through 118, in their entirety; and further by striking out section 4 in its entirety.
