Redraft Amendment 2

Ensuring continuity

Mr. Humason moves to amend the bill , in section 6, by inserting after the word “chapter”, in line 161, the follow words:- “or a rule or regulation promulgated under this chapter”; and

in section 9, by inserting after the word “director”, in lines 234 and 402, the following words:- “of the division”; and

in said section 9, by striking out, in line 238, the word “Article”, the first time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Article III, Article”; and

in said section 9, by inserting after the word “wildlife”, in line 239, the following words:- “or the division of marine fisheries, as applicable”.
