Student Loan Collection

Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION: Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary the board of higher education in consultation with the Massachusetts educational financing authority shall develop a plan to assist persons licensed under the board of registration under the department of public health or the division of professional licensure in repayment of student loans.

Said plan along with any recommendations shall be submitted to the joint committee on higher education and the clerks of the house and senate by december 31, 2018"
