Ms. O'Connor Ives moves to amend the amendment in Section 2B, in line item 1100-3005, by inserting the following:

“Provided further that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the design & construction of public restrooms at the current waterfront information booth and restroom site in the city of Newburyport;”
