Reading security upgrades for municipal and school buildings

Mr. Lewis moves to amend the amendment in line item 1100-3005, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "provided further, that $4,000,000 shall be expended to upgrade the security in municipal and school buildings in the town of Reading;"
