Mr. Feeney moves to amend the amendment in Section 2B, in line item 1100-3005, in line 208, by inserting after “Hopkinton” the following: “provided further, that $1,200,000 shall be expended to support renovations to the Foxboro Athletic Complex in the town of Foxboro”
