Mr. Feeney moves to amend the amendment in Section 2, in line item 8000-3502, in line 117, by inserting after “Lawrence” the following: “provided further, that $3,000,000 shall be expended to support purchase of a parcel of land and for construction of a fire fighting substation on route 140”
