Mr. Feeney moves to amend the amendment in Section 2B, in line item 1100-3005, in line 208, by inserting after “Hopkinton” the following: “provided further, that $20,000 shall be expended to support the HVAC system upgrade and repair at the Gladys L. Hurrell senior center in the town of Rehoboth”
