Mr. Keenan moves to amend the amendment in section 2, in item 1102-2017, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- ; provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the purpose of designing and constructing a ferry terminal and visitors center at Squantum Point Park in the city of Quincy
