Quincy Public Safety Building

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the amendment in section 2, in item 8000-3502, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- ; provided further, that $3,000,000 shall be expended for the planning, design and construction of a public safety building in the city of Quincy
