Messrs. Eldridge, Feeney and O'Connor move to amend the amendment in section 2, in item 1102-2017, by adding the following:- "provided further that $10,000,000 shall be expended for the purpose of updating and completing the draft environmental impact report and draft environmental impact statement in order to produce a final environmental impact report and final environmental impact statement on the North South Rail Link;"
