Mr. Tran moves to amend the amendment in Section 2, in item 1102-2017, by inserting after the word "Lynn", in line 48 the following words- "provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for a new elevator in the senior center in the city of Leominster; provided further that $4,500,000 shall be expended for renovations to the city hall in the city of Fitchburg;”
