Mr. Hinds moves to amend the amendment in Section 2B, item 1100-3005, line 222, by inserting after the words “water treatment facility”, the following:-

provided further, that $500,000 shall be expended for emergency roof maintenance and repair of the Clarksburg School in the town of Clarksburg;
