North Andover Commuter Rail Feasibility Study

Ms. O'Connor Ives and Mr. Tarr move to amend the amendment in Section 2, in line item 1102-2017, by inserting the following:

“provided further, that $250,000 shall be expended for a feasibility study on a commuter rail site in the town of North Andover to determine necessary engineering and construction requirements as well as potential ridership and economic impact;”
