Board of assessors certification

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 11 and 12, the words “and approved by the commissioner of revenue”; and

by adding the following sentence:- “The board of assessors shall establish criteria for determining whether a resident is eligible for an exemption pursuant to this act.”.
