Corrective Amendment

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the bill in section 4, by striking out, in lines 80 and 81, the words “Subsections (b) to (g), inclusive, of section 27 of chapter 176O of the General Laws shall take effect 9 months after the effective date of this act” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “Clause (D) of subsection (b) of section 27 of chapter 176O of the General Laws shall take effect on April 1, 2019”.
