Mr. Lyons of Andover moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill by adding a new section to Chapter 176O:

Nothing in this bill shall diminish or detract from the rights and privileges of parents with respect to their children whose age has not yet reached the age of majority in Massachusetts.
