Amendment #1 to S23

An Act authorizing the town of Wrentham to grant 9 additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by inserting after the word “authority”, in line 10, the following words:- “of the town of Wrentham shall not approve the transfer of a license granted pursuant to this act to any other location, but it”.
