Protecting Public Safety

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “directives”, in line 50, the following words:- “or due to the reasonable belief of the presence of an immediate danger of death or serious bodily injury to any person”; and

in section 2, by inserting after the word “directives”, in line 118, the following words:- “or due to the reasonable belief of the presence of an immediate danger of death or serious bodily injury to any person” ; and

in section 3, by inserting after the word “directives”, in line 184, the following words:- “or due to the reasonable belief of the presence of an immediate danger of death or serious bodily injury to any person” ; and

in section 5, by inserting after the figure “78c(a)(26)”, in line 248, the following words:- “or due to the reasonable belief of the presence of an immediate danger of death or serious bodily injury to any person”.
