Manufactured home inspection

Mr. Pacheco moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:- 

Section X.  Notwithstanding any general or special law, the licensed installer of a manufactured home may not also serve as the licensed inspector for that same manufactured home installation.  For the purposes of this section, “installer” shall refer to either the individual who installed the home or the company which employs said individual.
