Corrective Amendment

Ms. Spilka moves to amend the bill in section 2, by striking out, in line 59, the words “who shall be voting members” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “. If a regional civics council provides voting rights to any member of the regional civics council, then voting rights shall also be extended to any secondary school students who are serving on the council.”
