Youth Participation on Municipal Boards

Mr. Cyr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 3 the following section:-

“SECTION 3A. The state secretary shall disseminate information to cities and towns to promote youth membership on municipal boards, committees and commissions as a means to promote civic engagement. The secretary shall disseminate information under this section not later than December 1, 2018.”
