Learning Time

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 3 the following section:-

"SECTION 3A. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, subsection (c) of section 2 of chapter 71 of the General Laws shall be consistent with structured learning time requirements as required under 603 CMR 27.00."
