Civil Discourse

Mr. Boncore moves to amend the bill in section 3, by striking out, in line 115, the words “and (vii)” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“(vii) recommendations on ways to include civil discourse around controversial topics into civics education; and (viii)”.
